Hey there,
Here is a very quick exercise that should be in every ladies routine
to offset gravity and lift the chest and flatten the belly.
It doesn´t feel or look like that it would but it is working on the cause
of bad posture, pooch belly and drooping breasts… the diaphragm and breathing.
Check it out and be gentle with your wonderful body and make it a habit and you wont
be disappointed.
